Quick fixes
- Purchases: open Shop and tap Restore Purchases.
- Ads: check the network connection, then reopen the Shop.
- Progress: open About & Privacy and confirm iCloud shows synced before deleting or changing devices.
- Privacy choices: open About & Privacy in the game; the option appears when required for the region.

Privacy Policy
Game data and iCloud
CubeTapper stores the chosen player name, icon or selected profile photo, settings, progress, scores, coins, inventory, and offline training results on the device. When the player is signed in to iCloud, the app also stores this data in the player's private iCloud database so progress can return after reinstalling the app or moving to another iPhone. CubeTapper does not create a separate account or operate a public profile.
Advertising
The iPhone app uses Google Mobile Ads and Google's consent system. Google and its partners may process device identifiers, approximate location inferred from IP address, diagnostics, ad interactions, and advertising data to deliver, limit, measure, and prevent fraud in ads. CubeTapper requests non-personalized ads and does not require tracking permission to play.
Consent and privacy choices are presented when required by the user's region. Google may act as an independent controller for some advertising processing. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Retention and deletion
Local game data remains until it is reset in About & Privacy, cleared through iOS, or the app is deleted. Private iCloud game data remains after uninstall so it can restore progress; the two-step Reset Game Data control removes both local and iCloud copies. Advertising data retention is controlled by Google and its partners under their policies.
Sharing and sale
CubeTapper does not sell profile or gameplay data. Apple processes the private iCloud save for app functionality. Advertising providers may process data as described above. The game does not contain wagering or cash-out features.
Security and changes
No method is perfectly secure. This policy will be updated before CubeTapper enables accounts, cloud profiles, uploaded photos, live matchmaking, or other materially different data use.
Purchases & Ads
Apple processes all payments. Consumable lives and powerups can be used after purchase and are not restorable after consumption. Remove Ads is a non-consumable purchase and can be restored through the Shop. Remove Ads disables automatic interstitial ads; opt-in rewarded ads remain available because the player chooses whether to watch them.
Virtual coins, rewards, rankings, and leaderboard prizes have no cash value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for money.
Children
CubeTapper is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect separate account information from children. A parent or guardian can reset local and iCloud game data from the in-game About & Privacy screen and contact support with questions.
